Clients are required to present their chauffeur with the credit card used for booking/payment along with a valid government ID. Third-party authorization with required documents, Personal or Corporate Account activation, or authorization through website reservation or message forms is also acceptable.
“Royal Chauffeured Car & Limo Service” provides up to 15 minutes grace period at pick-up for Point to Point Transfers before waiting time charges apply at the hourly rate of the vehicle. For Airport Arrival Transfers, 30 minutes of free waiting time for domestic arrivals (45 minutes for International Arrivals requiring Customs Clearance) is given for passengers to deplane and obtain their luggage. Failure to meet the Chauffeur or call within the allotted waiting time will result in being charged in full for the reservation.
Hourly orders are billed according to the number of hours booked, with a minimum posted number of hours, which is the minimum number of hours the company will accept an order for. Reductions in the amount of time ordered are not permitted once an order is confirmed.
To hold the vehicle, a deposit of 25% of the total initial price (charged to the credit card of the party paying for the reservation) is required. Deposits are only refundable if cancellation is done within the given time frame.
A change fee of $25 may apply for changes made for less than 4 hours, which are subject to availability. Changes must be made by phone and cannot be accommodated once an order is confirmed. Failure to make changes on time or result in cancellation will result in being charged in full for the order.

All rates are subject to audit after order completion and are billed, including applicable fees/taxes and a 20% gratuity. Additional cash gratuity is at the client’s sole discretion and is only in addition to the 20% already included in the bill.
