A regular sedan can accommodate up to 4 people, although 3 people can sit comfortably. In terms of luggage, the trunk can typically hold 2 standard-size suitcases.
There is no additional charge if the luggage fits in the trunk of the vehicle. However, if any luggage piece needs to be placed inside the vehicle, such as a carry-on, suitcase, duffle bag, or box, there is a $10.00 extra charge per piece.
If all pieces of luggage are big then you either need a minivan or an SUV.
The type of vehicle you can reserve depends on the size of your pet. If you have a small pet, a regular sedan or midsize SUV should be sufficient. However, if you have a larger pet, a bigger vehicle is necessary. It’s important to inform us during the booking process, as not all drivers provide pet-friendly services.
For children under the age of 8, it is a legal requirement for them to be in a car seat. Passengers have two options: either provide their own car seats or request Royal Limos to provide them. However, please note that there is an additional charge for the car seat service.
Passengers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The driver reserves the right to request proof of age through identification.

Not all trips to or from the airports will incur toll charges. In Manhattan, if there is a toll for travel to or from JFK or LGA, it is typically around $10.17. For travel to or from EWR (Newark Airport), tolls start from $21.80. For round trip reservations, tolls are charged in each direction. If the driver needs to take a toll to return to the city, there will be an additional charge. Please note that the driver reserves the right to choose the best route based on traffic and weather conditions.

Royal Limos offers a 10-minute grace period without any additional charges following the scheduled pickup time. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your pickup, Royal Limos will apply charges for the entire duration of the delay.
